“Clay and flowers” – all-day workshop in the garden

🦋 Fancy a decelerating hands-on country adventure?
The historic garden studio of @bluemlisex.ch becomes a workshop for a day: We will introduce you to the craft of pottery and show you how to create your new favorite vase (by hand) from clay, hands and muse. Additionally, we’ll wander through the beds of the Slowflower garden, harvest what appeals to us, and then create a very personal floral masterpiece from the blossoms.

The day will be accompanied by culinary delights and photography. You can take your flowers home in the evening as an instant souvenir, the vase will follow after firing and glazing, and the photos will reach you digitally.

The program highlights:

* Cozy breakfast and time to get to know each other
* Garden tour with harvest and subsequent conditioning of your Slowflowers
* Get to work with the clay: we’ll teach you how to turn a lump of clay into a vase (hand-building)
* Vegetarian lunch with ingredients from the garden
* Get to work with the flowers: Ulrike will show you how to make a sensual garden bouquet from your harvest
* Coffee, cake and bubbles
* You’ll take your bouquet home with you – your vase* and beautiful photo souvenirs to follow

*We fire and glaze your vessel in Zurich Seefeld, where it is ready for collection approx. 3 weeks later. If you would prefer to have it sent to you, that is of course also possible. Shipping costs CHF 10.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded. A processing fee of CHF 30 will be charged. The processing fee is waived when converting to a voucher. Cancellation must be made by e-mail. If the cancellation is made less than 7 calendar days before the start of the course, the entire course fee is due.
